In addition it is ridiculous that you had to do that in the first place. (by the way I think companies like that purposefully disconnect you if it is getting close to the time when they will be going home so that they don't have to deal with you. When you call back it says the dept is closed. I have had that happen so many times. The same kind of thing happens to me when I wanted to add my husband to an existing credit card account.Kathy Vhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15658449843683175580noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3987764019524378060.post-20484761697713511322008-07-10T21:14:00.000-03:002008-07-10T21:14:00.000-03:00Wow Kim! I was having issues with my ONE MONTH old computer (Rhymes with "Bell") and they actually had me open up my tower and remove memory cards from the motherboard. Umm, I'm not a computer techie! And it wasn't easy to do. I said "Isn't this something that's covered under warranty?" and he said that the in-home service warranty only covers installation of hardware. I was on the phone for over 2 hours with them! But, at least I learned how to put in and remove memory cards from the motherboard! lolAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3987764019524378060.post-40727427076300045632008-07-09T23:10:00.000-03:002008-07-09T23:10:00.000-03:00Anymore when I get good customer service, I am su...Anymore when I get good customer service, I am surprised about it. We both had the same carrier, so no big deal, right? WRONG!! I had never been so frustrated in my entire life. There was one point, in the store, I thought Hubby was going to have to physicially restrain me from flying over the counter.Jamiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11509124764568535676noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3987764019524378060.post-80835390008359730702008-07-09T14:29:00.000-03:002008-07-09T14:29:00.000-03:00OMG how frustrating!!!
