Brian Sr. was looking for a number to a sporting goods store in our county phone book. All of a sudden he just started laughing. There is actually a guy in our local phone book with the last name of Sponge and the first name Bob. So, his name is Bob Sponge, but in the phone book it appears as Sponge, Bob. Why in the world would he not use Robert? I guess there is a slim chance that his parents just named him Bob. But, if he put Robert I bet he would have a lot less prank phone calls. Oh, and we did check - there was no Patrick, Star or Squidward, Tentacles!
Or does he even get any prank phone calls. It made me wonder that in this day and age of caller ID and *69 if kids still make prank phone calls. Could prank calls be on the endangered list? I cannot believe that no kids call McDonald's and asked for Ronald. Or call a number and ask, "Are there are any Walls in the home?" When they say no then you say, "Then what is holding up your ceiling?" Ha, ha, ha.
Could there be no more teen girls calling the boys they think are cute and then hanging up? Who will order twenty pizzas and have then sent to the boyfriend who cheated on them? Look at all the fun the kids of today are missing out on. I would have never thought that prank calls would be a think of the past!
