Last Bit of Paper Work!

Today, the rest of the documents from our referral came by regular mail. In the envelope were three copies of the Placement Agreement - all to be signed and notarized. One copy for us, one to be sent to Oregon, and one to the branch office in NJ. After these forms, all that will be left is the Statement of Adoption which cannot be signed and dated until after September 10th. This is because this form cannot be signed until the child has been in Holt's care for 5 months plus 7 days.

Since the Placement Agreement will not hold anything up, I will probably just wait until after the 10th, to send them all together on Friday. So, far the paper work has been pretty easy!
