Justin Loves to Read!

Justin has started to love books. He does like to be read to but also enjoys turning pages and chewing on board books! He was very interested in the animal book today. It has baby farm animals and bright colors; no wonder he likes it!

Speaking of reading, Brian had a Reading Olympics in his first grade classroom. It lasted five weeks and his teacher challenged the kids to read as many books as they could. Brian read 140 books and received a gold medal! I was so proud of him; he worked really hard! He did have a slight advantage because he was sick for a few days. So, that gave him some extra time at home to catch up on reading! Congratulations Brian! (He didn't want to pose for a picture!)
